June 20th, 2004 The first relaxed weekend
After finishing the portfolio, finally I can toook a rest in last weekend. I’ve been often worked overnights during last month.
I spent my saturday morning getting my credit card back (which I spent more than half an hour standing in the queue in HSBC) and photocopying my portfolio into B4 size. After that, I bought “the story of Berlin Philharmonic” from a mainland bookstore. And I played car-racing game in a game centre nearby, which I lost in the game quickly.
Then I went to Shum Shui Po and had a nice lunch with LKP, eating “little-spicy” Yunnan rice noodle, which is indeed very spicy. Walked around and had a look at her working place. And then we each got a bowl of bean-curd-flower(?).
Then I went to Golden computer mall and phoned WHY, and then paid my first-time visit to his home. The living room is indeed his studio, in a very convenient setting. of coz, as all can imagine, surrounded by scores and CDs.
And then I went back to shum shui po, and took 118 at the terminal. It is the first time I took 118 from terminal to terminal. It took me 2 hrs from Shum Shui Po to Siu Sai Wan.
On sunday, my father cooked sweet pork chop for me. I’m an unfilial son who let my father serve me on father’s day, but the only thing I know to do is wash dishes but nothing else.
Heard a sad news from a friend. He’s got a strange illness. His life is in risk. Life is so frail.
